Unless multiplayer games are only able to use mods from modhub. This is what microsoft are working towards. I m pretty sure microsoft said that cross platform means people will be able to play games together irrespective of whether you re playing on an xbox one or pc because both are using windows 10.

Farming simulator 19 is a part of the free ps plus games for may 2020 and newcomers are wondering if it includes multiplayer on the ps4. Mar 16 12 55pm we are. As others have said pc multiplayer is not contingent on platform.
Only downsides you ll need the mods and or dlcs that the servers or others are using if any to play with them. Regardless of which store you buy the pc version from you can play multiplayer with others. Tend to your livestock of pigs cows sheep and chickens or ride your horses for the first time letting you explore.
Farming simulator 19 will feature new american and european environments in which to develop and expand your farm and will introduce many exciting new farming activities including new machinery and crops with cotton and oat. I dropped a note to giants software about it and they said definitely not a feature that will be present in fs19. Only because on steam it has cross platform multiplayer listed on store for this game.

Has it been since playstation updated its policy and is now cooperating with cross play or are you guys already outdated in the cross platform revolution.
